So first you know what's the Domain Name ? Blogger Google's product gives you the opportunity to create a free main blog. That does not mean you have to drive your blog on it. A free blog comes with a sub-domain name.
Let me tell you what the subdomain is. When you buy a domain name you can use it to create many more domains. If your main domain is a father then all its sub-domain child As is our domain allonlinetricks will have some sub-domain like this mobile.allonlinetricks.com, www.allonlinetricks.com etc.
How to Add Custom Domain to Blogger ?Adding custom domain name to Blogger is very easy. If you have a free blog and you want to add it to your domain name then please follow it.
SECTION-1
1. Open blogger.com in your computer's browser and login with your gmail account.
2. 3. Below the address of your blog + Set up a third-party URL for your blog. Click here.
4. Right now you have to enter your purchased domain here. Your domain must be from www.your-domain.com's format. After adding click on "Save" button.
5. You will now receive an error message "We have not been able to verify your authority Error 14 ". This means that your domain's DNS (Domain Name System) blogger is not set up. Here you will get 2 CNAMEs records which you have to add to your domain.
You can manually add these two CNAMEs downloading "DNS settings file" and uploading to Godaddy. Godaddy supports DNS file upload so this will be the easiest for you. After downloading the DNS settings file go to the next section.
SECTION-2
Your work with Blogger is over now Right now you have to add CNAME by going to Godaddy.
1. Go to Godaddy.com and login to your account.
2. After login click on your profile and select "Manage My Domains".
3. In the next page click Manage at the top of the Domains.
4. Here you will find a list of your domain. Select your domain.
5. Now you go to the DNS ZONE FILE and click on More >> Import Zone File there.
6. You just have to select and upload by first downloading. Then click on the "SAVE" button.
7. You will now receive a message "Records not containing errors have been successfully saved". This means your DNS file has been uploaded properly.
SECTION-3
1. Just come back to the blogger and save it. After saving it will look something like this.
2. Now you have to click on Edit and tick the redirect option and save it.
You can see your domain address inserted. It will also open well with www and without www You could also specify the manual process, but it is easiest to add custom domain name to the blogger. If you need any help or information related to it then you can ask me.
